Website terms of use
Last updated: November 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website www.crowd-sports.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by CrowdTransfer AG, Limmatquai 122, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland (“CrowdSports”, “we”). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
The CrowdSports platform at app.crowd-sports.com (the “Platform”) is not covered by these terms. Its use is governed by the separate Terms of Use of the Platform (PDF), which you accept when you register on the Platform. Where these terms and the Platform Terms of Use differ, the Platform Terms of Use prevail for the Platform.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website informs about CrowdSports, our products for clubs and partners and our crowd investing platform. All content is general information. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer, a public offer or a solicitation to buy or subscribe for any financial instrument or to participate in a financing. Any participation in a campaign takes place exclusively on the Platform, under the Platform Terms of Use and the documents published there for the respective campaign.
3. FanPlay demo
The Website contains an interactive demo of FanPlay, our fan prediction game. The demo uses a fictional club with fictional matches, players, results, points and rankings. It is for illustration only: no account is created, no prizes are awarded, and nothing you enter in the demo is transmitted to us (see our Privacy Policy). Functions, content and design shown in the demo may differ from the product delivered to a club.
4. Downloads
On some pages we provide documents such as one-pagers or presentations for download after you leave your name and email address. These documents are made available for your personal information. You may not publish, redistribute, sell or alter them without our prior written consent. Figures, plans and forward-looking statements in these documents reflect our assessment at the time of publication and may change without notice.
5. Permitted use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you may not interfere with the operation or security of the Website, circumvent access restrictions, read out content with automated tools beyond what is customary for search engines, or misuse forms, the demo or contact channels.
6. Third-party links and services
The Website links to services of third parties, for example Cal.com for booking a call and social networks such as LinkedIn or Instagram. These services are operated by their providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We have no influence on their content or availability and accept no responsibility for them. A link does not mean that we endorse the linked content.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, videos, software and design, as well as the names and logos CrowdSports and FanPlay, are protected by law and belong to CrowdTransfer AG or its licensors. Club names, crests and other third-party trademarks shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only. Beyond viewing the Website for your own information, no rights or licences are granted.
8. Availability and changes to the Website
We may change, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Website or parts of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website is available without interruption or free of errors.
9. Liability
The Website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability for damage arising from the use of the Website, its content, the demo, downloaded documents or linked third-party services, including loss of data, loss of profit and indirect damage. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Data protection
How we process personal data on the Website is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Website are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction under applicable law.
These terms are available in German and English. In case of differences, the German version prevails.
